Mr. Salamon is engaged in several businesses as owner, advisor or board member.  His engagements include: Chairman of the Board of OSM, a leading supplier of marketing and sales support products for the consumer electronics industry; Board member and co-owner of Lamiflex, an industrial transport packaging business; Board member of Oriflame Cosmetics, a leading global direct seller of cosmetics, listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange; Board member of E. Öhman J:or Luxemburg, a private bank.

He was previously Director and Partner in Industri Kapital (1997-2005), a leading Northern European private equity group, where he managed Industri Kapital’s Swedish investment team and later co-headed Industri Kapital’s Strategy and Operations team.  Mr. Salamon has been Board member of several listed and private companies in his capacity at Industri Kapital.

Prior to Industri Kapital, Mr. Salamon worked at McKinsey & Co. in Stockholm (1988-1997), primarily with industrial and financial sector clients.  Earlier, he worked at Atlas Copco, at its corporate R&D center.

Mr. Salamon holds a Master of Science in engineering physics at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
