Mr. Arvidsson has extensive experience in investing in, starting, growing and managing new business ventures.  He is a founder and Managing Director of Snowshoe Capital, LLC, an investment company focused on investing in and advising emerging growth companies.  Prior to Snowshoe Capital, he was a co-founder and Managing Director of GameChange, LLC, an early-stage venture capital fund created in partnership with Accenture and SOFTBANK Venture Capital. Mr. Arvidsson currently serves on the Board of Directors of several early-stage companies, including Wcities International (where he is Chairman), Hive Technology Group and Aplia. 

He is also on the board of directors of Wayfinder Systems, a publicly-traded company based in Stockholm, Sweden.  He was a co-founder of and an investor in Bare Escentuals (NASDAQ: BARE), a rapidly growing multi-channel marketer of branded upscale cosmetics, skin care, and body care products where he was active in a wide range of capacities including CFO and interim CEO.  Mr. Arvidsson also founded a wireless services company in his native Sweden.  Previously, he was a partner at Strategic Decisions Group, a Silicon Valley-based management consulting firm.

Mr. Arvidsson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with distinction from the University of California, Berkeley where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa.  He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
