New CEO at Swebo Bioenergy

Mats Berthem has been appointed new CEO at SWEBO Bioenergy. Mr. Berthem's objective is

continual growth in Sweden, Scandinavia, and other countries worldwide. Mr. Berthem was previously

employed by energy company Fortum as a business developer for two years, then as CEO of Fortum

Markets AB. Previous employments includes a position as sales manager at Emerson Energy Systems,

a division in The Emerson Group. Bertil Engman, CEO of Swebo Bioenergy says that in order to expand

and implement our products in new markets we need expansion capital. Press Release

Investinor invests in Innotech Solar AS

Investinor is investing 51.7 MNOK in the Narvik-based company Innotech Solar AS, which is focusing

on increasing the effectiveness of solar cells. Investinor’s entry on the owner side boosts the development

and strengthens the company further. New employees have in addition invested 2.3 MNOK. ITS has had a

rapid growth. The company was established in spring 2008, and has grown to 42 employees, divided by

head quarter and production in Narvik, administration and technology in Oslo, sales offices in Germany and

China, and project development for power plants in Switzerland. The production line in Narvik is expected to

reach a volume of 27 MWp during 2010. Further expansions are already in process. Press Release

Sustainable Technologies Fund invests 10 MSEK in Pemtec AB

Pemtec AB is a Swedish based company that develops and sells innovative collectors for ground

source heat pumps. Swedish companies are world leaders in the ground source heat pump sector,

which is now experiencing accerlerated growth internationally. Press Release

Sustainable Technologies Fund invests in Innotech Solar AS

Innotech Solar AS has today completed a funding round of 6 EUR Million with the investors Sustainable

Technologies Funds and Northzone Ventures. ITS was established in March 2008. ITS has established a

specialized production process whereby high quality solar cells and modules are manufactured from

non-prime cells from other solar cell producers. The first production unit is based in Narvik, Norway,

and the global sales office is based in Munich, Germany. Since its foundation, a total of 11 EUR Million

has been raised through equity, and also grants and soft loans from Innovation Norway. Press Release
